SCIATICA TREATMENT CROMWELL AND ALEXANDRA
That pain down your leg? Let’s get to the bottom of it.
Sciatica has a way of taking over. Sitting hurts, standing hurts, and that sharp, burning or tingling pain running from your lower back into your leg has made itself very much at home.
I won’t just chase the pain down your leg. I’ll work out what’s irritating the nerve in the first place, treat what needs treating, and build a plan…so you can get back to sitting, sleeping and moving comfortably.
Good sciatica treatment doesn’t just calm the nerve down for a day or two.
It figures out why the nerve got cranky in the first place, so it’s less likely to come back. Which is kind of the point.

SCIATICA TREATMENT CROMWELL AND ALEXANDRA
Your leg’s been trying to tell you something… and it’s not being subtle.
It’s been telling you in plenty of ways:
That sharp, shooting pain that runs from your lower back, through your buttock and down the back of your leg.
The pins and needles, or numbness, that creeps in after you’ve been sitting for a while (car trips are the worst).
And getting up out of a chair… where you have to brace yourself before you can stand up straight, and bending down to put your socks on has become a whole negotiation.
Maybe it’s the leg that feels weaker than it should, or a foot that doesn’t quite feel like your own.
Or the lower back stiffness that makes rolling over in bed feel like a full-body commitment.
Or the nights where you just can’t get comfortable, no matter how many times you rearrange the pillows.
Sciatica is usually a sign the sciatic nerve is being irritated or compressed, often by a disc, a stiff joint, tight muscles or changes in how your spine is taking load. And no, it’s not as simple as “just stretch it out” (if only).
What you need is the right kind of support. Someone who can actually figure out what’s going on and guide you forward.
That’s where osteopathy treatment comes in.
