OSTEOPATHY TREATMENT CROMWELL AND ALEXANDRA

It starts with pain and ends with relief.

If you’re wanting your body back (who doesn’t?), I won’t start by cracking your back. I’ll rewind all the way back to uncover the root cause of your injury.

And from there? I’ll guide you as we figure out what’s going on, treat what needs treating, and build a plan…so you can start moving forward with confidence.

A good Osteopathy treatment won’t just equip you with an easy-to-implement game plan.

It’ll also help get you the kind of results that mean you can take a break. From pain meds. Maybe forever.

What happens in your 30 minute Osteopathy Appointment

  • What’s been going on, what’s flaring up, what’s changed, I want the full picture.

  • Not just where it hurts, but how everything is working together (or not).

  • No confusing “osteopath lingo” just a clear understanding of what’s actually going on.

  • I’ll talk you through what I recommend, and we only move forward when you’re comfortable.

  • Hands-on, manipulative treatment to get things moving better and ease what’s been building up. This can also include Low-Level Laser Therapy (more about this here).

  • After your second session, you’ll get simple exercises to take away with you, whether that’s easy at-home work or gym-based mobility, so you have tools to move forward.

OSTEOPATHY TREATMENT CROMWELL AND ALEXANDRA

You know something’s not quite right with your body… and your body knows it too.

It’s been telling you in plenty of ways:

That stiffness in the morning where you roll out of bed and need a minute (or three) before you can stand up straight.

That ache that won’t go away, you know the one you’ve had for so long it’s basically part of your personality now.

And those flare-ups at work… where everything feels fine until it suddenly doesn’t, and now you’re modifying, avoiding, or pretending it’s “not that bad.”

Maybe it’s the headachesthat creep in by the end of the day, starting in your neck and wrapping around your head like a tight band.

Or the shoulder and neck tensionthat makes checking your blind spot feel like a full-body commitment.

Oryour knee - the one that’s fine going up the stairs… but not so fine coming back down (why is it always worse coming down?).

But it’s not as simple as just “stretch it out” or “take it easy” (if only).

What you need is the right kind of support. Someone who can actually figure out what’s going on and guide you forward.

That’s where osteopathy treatment comes in.

What I can help you with.

(aka… the stuff your body’s been complaining about)

  • Lower back pain or that nerve pain down your leg (sciatica)

  • Neck pain and those headaches that start there and creep up

  • Shoulder pain, especially when lifting, reaching, or training

  • Hip, knee or ankle pain that makes everyday movement feel harder than it should

  • Injuries from work or the gym

  • Aches from long days, repetitive work, or “just how you sit/stand”

  • Tension from stress (tight shoulders, sore neck, that wound-up feeling)

  • Jaw pain or tightness (clicking, clenching, or chewing discomfort)

  • Pregnancy-related aches and pains

  • Injuries that keep coming back and never fully settle

If something feels off, keeps coming back, or is stopping you doing what you enjoy… it’s worth getting it looked at.
